Should a client wish to dispute the authenticity of an item they have purchased from Votre Luxe, we welcome them to reach out to other qualified and reputable third-party authenticators.

If two or more said authenticators deem the item purchased from Votre Luxe to be inauthentic, we will contact them personally to verify their report, at which time we will issue the buyer a full refund.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase and will issue a store credit only. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Returns will not be granted for change of mind.
