Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment is needed to browse and shop. You're welcome to visit any time during our opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
Appointments are only needed for on-the-spot evaluations and authentication services.
Can I bring in pieces to sell or consign?
Yes. You can drop off pieces you'd like to sell or consign without an appointment, and our team will be in touch once they've been assessed.

Can I reserve a piece?
Yes. You can hold a piece with a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due within 7 days, or secure it with our Votre Luxe Vault Plan and pay it off over a few weeks.
Is there parking?
We don't have on-site parking. There's street parking and a range of public car parks throughout the Adelaide CBD within easy walking distance of the boutique.
Can I collect an online order in store?
Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect from 50 King William Street.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept card and online payment, EFT and cash.
Our only payment plan is the Votre Luxe Vault Plan, which lets you reserve a piece and pay over time.
Do you ship?
Yes. We offer complimentary express shipping on most Australian orders and ship internationally via DHL. Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday.
