What is the Vault Plan?
The Vault Plan is our in-house way to pay over time. Make your first payment today and your piece comes off the market and is held just for you. The rest is charged automatically to your card each week. It's interest free, with no credit checks and no application.
What are my payment plan options?
Reserve: a 25% deposit today and the balance 7 days later. No fee, available on every piece.
4 weeks: four equal weekly payments on pieces from $2,000, including a 4% Vault fee.
6 weeks: six equal weekly payments on pieces from $5,000, including a 5% Vault fee.
On the 4 and 6 week plans, pay 50% upfront instead and there's no fee.
How do the payments work?
Your first payment is taken at checkout and your card is saved securely for the rest. Each payment is charged automatically on its due date, and we email you 2 days before. You can pay off the balance early at any time from your plan page. Once your final payment clears, your piece is dispatched or ready to collect from our boutique.
What if I change my mind?
If you cancel your plan, payments made are issued as store credit, not a refund, and the Vault fee is not refundable. Faulty or inauthentic pieces are always refunded in full. Read the full payment plan terms.
