How do I know my piece is authentic?
Every item sold by Votre Luxe is authenticated in-house by our expert team before it is listed. We assess construction, hardware, stitching, materials and date codes against our reference standards, and each purchase is backed by our written authenticity guarantee. If a piece does not meet our standards, it does not make it to our store.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Our Votre Luxe Vault Plan allows you to secure your piece and pay it off over time. Choose a 4-week plan for orders over $2,000 or a 6-week plan for orders over $5,000, with a fee waiver available when you pay 50% upfront. Full details are available on our Vault Plan page.
